This elegant, old Dame of a house had been badly altered over time, making for a confused collection of spaces. Seeing this beauty below the previous alterations, the current owners wanted to open up and modernise the layout, creating an entertainer’s home while still allowing for a future subdivision. The layout was reconfigured to create connected living spaces with a large entertainer’s kitchen opening onto the dining room and patio. The patio now sporting a new roof, and layout. New garages allow for future subdivision, connected to the home via a new guest entrance. The existing main bedroom was reconfigured and added to, to create a spacious master suite. External buildings were demolished and modernised to connect and extend the living spaces, now adding to the overall design.
