Ready to move on from their first-floor apartment, these brave clients decided to purchase a REAL fixer upper on a spacious stand. The existing house was an unfinished build, remodelled extensively to create: 3 on suite bedrooms, a large on suite home office and large open plan living spaces. The new living spaces flow out onto a large patio and reconfigured garden overlooking a new square pool built within the existing kidney shaped pool to modernise the overall look.
