Big little pavilion– This sustainable home was driven by one man’s dream to live in a beautiful natural environment, in a sustainable manor and a tight budget. To our delight the client opted for LWSF (light weight steel frame) construction due to its thermal performance and speed of construction.

The project was completed on site in just 65 working days.

The client was drawn to modern pavilions rather than conventional homes and so the Coskey residence draws inspiration from the ‘case study’ houses of 1945 – 1966.

The final design comprises of 3 ‘blocks’, a central living area block, flanked by the main bedroom to the West and remaining bedrooms, with study and staff accommodation to the East. A carport forms an entrance courtyard and screens the front door from the road.
